Boondocking With A Host – Safe Stays

Boondock hosting is a member group system that allows you to stay on a host property for FREE OVERNIGHT. Instead of looking for a place to pull off of the road or find random boondocking spaces, you can use a host. Hosting offers you a safe place to stay and sometimes utilities (with cost) to use while you’re there.

The biggest benefit to using a boondocking host is that you are safe on a property and you have a reservation to stay. You won’t have to worry about strangers or sleeping soundly. You may even make a new friend with the host while passing through.

Summary:

Boondocking means free and if you’ve done your research you’ll find that you can camp free on some properties like, BLM, National parks, United States forest service, etc..

How cool is it that landowners are inviting travelers to come to their private property and stay for a few nights?. It’s a great experience for both parties, on one side as a camper you can check out what people have and it may inspire you to find something similar for yourself and on the owner with the flip side. A lot of the boondocking hosts are saying that they are interested in traveling and are looking for the best way to do it.

Sharing information with others is a great way to gain perspective for new adventures and get personal advice.

I love this whole idea. Keeping people connected, cost-free, at an unpopulated destination.

With all of the campsites being taken up so often, this is a positive alternative that has many destinations, which means you could do an entire summer trip traveling from state to state and no budget for the actual stay saving hundreds to use elsewhere.

If you went with the Harvest Hosts you get to visit some really great businesses, you could even set up an entire trip based on these properties. Don’t pay for the stay but buy a souvenir!? Okay!. I wish Vegas had the same deal.

Thank you for reading.

Safe Travels!
